Avanti Destinations has introduced an Italy print reference guide for travel advisors, which includes information on 15 customizable vacation packages, 240 hotels, villas, and resorts, as well as 255 tours and experiences, of which 90 percent are privately operated.

“Of the 58 countries we sell, Italy has always been our most popular destination, and it’s where we have our deepest product offering,” said Avanti Destinations Product Manager Tami Cortez.

“All these packages are complete F.I.T. vacations with some of our favorite properties, activities, tours and transfers to provide a starting point for clients who aren’t sure what they might like to do,” Cortez added. “But advisors can easily get a quote and book them as is.”

She noted the packages in the 100-page reference guide are either new or enhanced, and all include private tours, experiences, and transportation.

New packages include the 14-night “Italian Food, Wine, Coastline” itinerary, which explores Rome, Siena, Florence, Santa Margherita Ligure and Milan; the nine-night “Italian Secrets of the South,” which puts the spotlight on Rome, Naples and Ischia; and the 11-night “Northern Italy’s Vista and Vino,” which takes in the sights and sounds of Venice, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Bolzano, Lake Garda and the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites.

“We’re continuously monitoring trends, refining and adding new products so that advisors always have something new to offer repeat travelers,” Cortez said. “ In this past year, we’ve focused on expanding the number and variety of tours, experiences, and hotels offered specifically in the Dolomites – site of the 2026 Winter Olympics, Sicily, Lake Garda, Piedmont, Tuscany and Umbria.”

Avanti has also added a slate of new boutique hotels in regions such as Emilia-Romagna, Puglia, Veneto, Sicily, and Sardinia, as well as towns including Lucca, Orvieto, and Perugia in aUmbria.

Additionally, Avanti introduced a roster of small luxury resort properties in the Piedmont countryside and a five-star spa resort in the Dolomites.

“Many of the experiences that advisors book in Italy are related to food and wine, so we are constantly adding new and different ones,” Cortez said. “Our private ‘transfer and tour’ services have also proven very popular, particularly for small groups and older travelers, so we have added many of these."
