Classic Vacations is continuing upgrading its digital experience with the launch of new statements and itineraries options for travel advisors to view and utilize.
The new statements and itineraries offer cleaner design, better organization and more flexibility, making it easier to share itineraries with clients and helping advisors, too. The new designs are available within the Classic Vacations’ advisor portal.
The Full View style provides a comprehensive look at proposals, quotes and itineraries, complete with all terms and conditions, support contacts, travel agent details and more.
The Invoice View provides a summary-style version for interim or final payment requests, listing line items with dates and traveler details, optional pricing and more, all in an easy-to-read format.
Lastly, the Travel View style offers client-ready itineraries including flight schedules, hotel check-in, tour locations, start times and more. This view is mobile-friendly and can be printed or accessed on the go.
All versions can be emailed or downloaded as a PDF, allowing travel agents to select the option they prefer best to send to their clients.
