In a strategic move to attract the next generation of franchisees, Cruise Planners unveiled what it said is the travel industry’s first “Free Trip” Franchise Program, offering prospects a complimentary getaway when they acquire a franchise from the host agency.
“This promotion reflects what Cruise Planners stands for,” said Cruise Planners Founder and CEO Michelle Fee.
“We invest heavily into our franchise owners from day one and taking that first trip as a franchise owner ignites a sense of wanderlust and also serves as a real-time training experience while earning commission immediately.”
The company noted that there is a potent market for Cruise Planners’ franchisees, including women, who are often looking for flexible business opportunities that enable them to work at their own pace, and military veterans with “leadership, discipline and adaptability skills” that are in sync with the host agency’s “structured training and coaching model.
Other Cruise Planners’ franchise prospects include Generation Z and Millennials, who “are prioritizing work-life balance and fulfillment over traditional career ladders,” the company said, along with Gen Xers, who “are increasingly turning to entrepreneurship to leverage experience while building long-term financial security,” and Baby Boomers and retirees, who are interested in launching new careers on a part-time or a full-time basis.
“No prior travel experience is necessary,” Fee said.
“All that is required is a passion for travel,” she added. “Our proven system of success provides the rest.”
