Signature Travel Network appointed Karryn Christopher as president during the company’s annual Owners’ Meeting in San Diego San Diego earlier this month.
Christopher, who has worked at Signature since 2001, most recently served as executive vice president of marketing & preferred partnerships.
Alex Sharpe, CEO and president, will continue to serve as Signature Travel Network’s CEO.
“Our coworkers, members and partners adore and respect Karryn because she leads with both head and heart,” said Sharpe said.
“She has a rare ability to bring people together and turn ideas into impactful results. With Karryn stepping into this role, our leadership capacity and ability to serve our members is stronger than ever.”
In Christopher’s role as president, she “will take on a more outward-facing role, deepening engagement with members, partners, and industry stakeholders,” Signature said.

“Together, we will continue to grow, evolve, and create unforgettable experiences that elevate the travel industry,” she added.
Signature Travel Network, which was founded in 1956, is a member-owned cooperative based in El Segundo, Calif., that includes 280 travel agencies with more than 600 locations in the US and Canada, as well as a range of global destinations.
