TRUE Debuts New and Enhanced Travel Advisor Training Programs

CCRA Travel Commerce Network’s TRUE code agency accreditation and identification program is raising the bar on education with a new and enhanced portfolio of training and development programs designed to "propel the success and growth of TRUE member travel agencies and their advisors, setting a new standard in travel agency accreditation benefits."

“TRUE delivers a comprehensive range of benefits designed for travel agency members beyond any other agency accreditation,” said CCRA President and CEO Dic Marxen.

“TRUE is not just a code; it's an investment in the success and growth of your travel business.

“TRUE is the only travel agency accreditation that not only provides industry recognition but also offers unparalleled training and development opportunities to help our members thrive.”

New programs include “Office Hours,” conducted by the TRUE member services team, providing advisors with “real-time answers and advice on any topic related to their travel business,” CCRA said.

As its name implies, “1-to-1 Professional Consultation” offers advisors guidance via private consultations with the member services team. “The consultations are conveniently scheduled through a link on the CCRA website, ensuring accessibility and support tailored to individual needs,” CCRA said.

In other developments, “CCRA’s flagship events, PowerSolutions LIVE, are elevated with focused themes and expanded opportunities,” the company said.

“As the only industry accreditation developed and managed by travel advisors and experienced travel industry executives – not airlines, cruise lines or companies with other interests – TRUE is all about making travel agencies successful and supporting members as they scale and grow their travel business,” said CCRA Vice President of Membership Services Maggie Jordan.
